There was a great article posted to Napa.Patch recently that posed the question - What Should Be Done with Napa's Downtown?

There were some great responses and some interesting ideas. Downtown Napa is either a cup half full with lots of great new hotels and restaurants or a cup half empty with empty stores and one way streets heading out of town.

What are your thoughts? What do you think should be done to get downtown Napa to be a thriving downtown marketplace?
