The City of Napa will hold a first time homebuyer workshop on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wells Fargo mortgage office at 888 Brown Street. With interest rates at historic lows, the workshop offers an opportunity to learn about available programs, including the City of Napa’s programs to assist qualified borrowers with money for a down payment. The workshop is presented in cooperation with Wells Fargo. To register, call Andrea Clark at the City of Napa Housing Division at 707-257-9254 or email·aclark@cityofnapa.org.
